How your details are used

This is a plain-language explanation of what happens to information you send through the Brettell Digital website. Brettell Digital is run by William Brettell, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

What I collect

Only what you choose to enter in the free review form: your name, email address, business name, and the details you write about your request. Your website address and phone number are optional.

Why I collect it

To read your request and reply to you about it. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How the form works

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your submission on to my email inbox. Your details are handled by that service in order to deliver the message. You can read their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as they’re useful for the conversation and any work that follows. If you’d like your details deleted, just ask and I’ll remove them.
